This Hardware store has got to be the worst hardware store a small community should ever have to put up with. These guys charge $75 a service call at least... Thier supplys are 3 times what your local fleet farm or menards would charge. They all do quick and sloppy work. They have been up here 3 times alone to fix a water heater, which they never fixed... they ended up replacing it. When they replaced it instead of taking out the old one like they were suppose to the just put it next to the old one without asking us or the landlord if it was ok to do that. I cleaned out my closet and all my clothes so they could have more room to remove the old one!!! I met up with the "tech" shortly after and i asked if he planned on leaving it there, and he explained that moving the old one would be too much work. I asked what i'm suppose to do with all the stuff in my closet, he didn't reply he just walked in the the local bare followed by his son who was maybe 12 years old? talk about setting a bad example!! i seriously recomend calling everyone else and using these guys only if you mean to screw someone over. Poor skills, Poor service, and poor attitude.... now poor me who has to deal with it again..
